Drama festival showcases Courtice talent PDF Print E-mail

Courtice Secondary School drama students will be performing in Peterborough on Tuesday as part of the Sears Ontario Drama Festival.

The 64th season of the Sears Ontario Drama Festival comes to the Kawartha area this Sunday, March 7 and runs March 8 and March 9 at Showplace Performance Centre in Peterborough. All three evenings begin at 7:30 and feature two or three one-act plays produced by region secondary students.

On Tuesday, March 8, Courtice Secondary students will present Reunion on Gallows Hill as part of the festival.

The adjudicator for the festival is Bea Quarrie, who will present awards after the final show on Tuesday night. Tickets are available only at the door for $5.
