Watson Farms has been selling in Bowmanville since the spring of 1970 with strawberries and a little later with apples and raspberries. Watson's have now expanded to have a market open from late May until October 31 (7 days a week) with their own fresh produce and other Ontario produce. They also have 3 Satelite locations in Oshawa and U-Pick (at the farm) open for strawberries, raspberries, peas, beans and rhubarb from Mid June to late July and reopens with apples, raspberries and strawberries from the beginning of September to late October.
